The fabulous Deb from Grey Matters Psychotherapy  will be addressing the very real phenomenon of the ‘drop’ some people experience after play. Do you recognize the symptoms in yourself? did you know there is Dom/me Drop as well as sub drop? How much is chemical and how much is psychological? Can it be dangerous? Should you play if you suffer from depression? How do you tell someone they are acting irrationally after play? Deb will talk through the often confusing reactions and give the group some easy exercises to help relieve the pressure cooker of emotions which may boil up inside you and will be on hand to answer any questions you have regarding the matter.

We politely ask that once the workshop is over to please take a business card and contact Deb outside of Subversion if you wish to discuss other matters relating to her profession…. We would like her to enjoy the event and not talk shop all night!

you must have a valid ticket for entry into Club Subversion to go to this workshop
